We are so pleased to be able to open our doors to you on Thursday 30th July.
What a roller coaster ride this has been and I'm sure it will continue to be for a little while yet. With the ever changing guidelines we hope that you will all bear with us during this learning curve.
We have been working so hard to make sure the salon is COVID secure and we are confident that you will still love your Hana experience and relax in the knowledge that we are doing everything we can to keep you and our staff safe.
We are starting with a phased reopening as we are not offering all of our treatments during phase 1 and because not all of our therapists will be back from furlough straight away we will be operating slightly different opening times. So please ring or check our website or social media pages for up to date opening times throughout August.
Because of this we are not offering online booking until all treatments are up and running once again.
WHAT TO EXPECT NOW....... So yes things are a little different to say the least, we of course will be wearing visors when you first come into the salon, we also have our aprons, gloves, face masks etc depending which treatments we are doing so to keep us and you as safe as possible. We have gone above and beyond the government guidelines to reassure you that the salon is a safe environment to be in.
For your part we would ask that you sanitise your hands at our sanitation station on arrival at the salon and wear a face covering (we have some if you forget so don't worry). We will also be carrying out a wellness and temperature check on your arrival at the salon.
We ask at this time that you come to the appointment on your own unless you require assistance and please be on time for your appointment we may have to cut short a treatment if you are late because of our strict clean down times and if you are early you may have to wait outside if the reception area is busy.
Sorry but we are unable to offer drinks at the moment and please don't be offended if we don't take your coat to hang up as your belongings must be kept with you at all times.
We have added a £2 surcharge onto all bookings to cover our PPE costs.
